A distorted reflection of Salt Lake City's grand Mormon Temple in a nearby window turned it into a magical castle, which I envisioned as one of a fleet of castle-galleons floating through the clouds like ships on a lively sea.

As an artist I am a magician, transformer, and guide to other worlds. Using AI art programs, Adobe Photoshop, and other software, I combine images from a variety of sources to reveal secret places within and beyond our everyday surroundings. A favorite recent pastime is exploring the wildlife of exoplanets made visible through the telescope of my imagination. I was a writer (educational/nonfiction writer and poet) for most of my life, but beginning at age 50 (I am now 80) I revived a childhood dream of being an artist.
