Is this woman simply wearing a fantastic costume for a late-night ball--or is she something far more mysterious? Her fanciful beaded dress began life as a chandelier in a Las Vegas Strip casino, and the woman was part of the collection of nineteenth-century photographic pioneer Eadweard Muybridge. Both, along with the background landscape, were solarized in Photoshop.

As an artist I am a magician, transformer, and guide to other worlds. Using AI art programs, Adobe Photoshop, and other software, I combine images from a variety of sources to reveal secret places within and beyond our everyday surroundings. A favorite recent pastime is exploring the wildlife of exoplanets made visible through the telescope of my imagination.
