Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

This piece and another nature fantasy, "Coral Reef 2," began as the same combination of images, but Photoshop's blending modes made their final appearance completely different. Here I added a sunset to the seascape and included some of my beloved nautilus shells.
As an artist I am a magician, transformer, and guide to other worlds. I see landscapes in rocks and tree bark, sunsets and galaxies in the peeling paint of old cars. Using Adobe Photoshop and other software, I combine photographs, fractals, and other images from a variety of sources to reveal secret places within and beyond our everyday surroundings. Recent themes in my work include the spiritual/magical dimension of life and the changes wrought by time. I was a writer (educational/nonfiction writer and poet) for most of my life, but beginning at age 50 (I am now 75) I revived a childhood dream of being an artist.
